What is Hypnotherapy?

Focused Attention: You remain fully aware and in control the entire time, but you become temporarily detached from everyday distractions.
Your safety and consent are fundamental to my practice. We move at a pace that reflects your thoughts and feelings, making sure you feel grounded and secure. This structured approach helps demystify the process, making hypnotherapy a practical tool for real-world change.
Subconscious Alignment: We will use repetition and visualisation to help you reframe negative thought patterns and align your conscious intentions with your deeper motivations.

Self-Hypnosis: Over time, if appropriate, I may teach you techniques to practice self-hypnosis on your own.
Home Practice: I may, if appropriate, provide audio files for you to listen to in your own time in order to deepen your experience and the effectiveness of therapy.
